Shipping

At YCH we use Royal Mail to deliver your online purchases. Our shipping rates can be seen below:

- orders up to £99.99: £6.00 tracked delivery

- orders of or over £100.00: free tracked delivery

all the above are 2-3 business days, requiring signature upon arrival*

If the entirety of your order is in stock when purchased, we aim to pick, pack and dispatch on the same working day if purchased before 3:30pm. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the following working day, this being a Tuesday if placed after 3:30pm on Fridays, as the Hub is closed on Mondays.

Online Bike Purchases

Due to safety regulations, any bikes purchased from our website must be collected from the Hub and cannot be sent via courier. Local delivery may be carried out by ourselves upon request, at an additional cost of £50. Please contact us directly to enquire about this service.

Returns

We pride ourselves on excellent service, so if you order from us yet realise upon arrival you require a different size or have just changed your mind, we will offer an exchange where possible, or provide a full refund if preferred. Please be aware, in order to receive this service you must return the goods unused, in the original packaging and within 10 days of the purchase date. However, we cannot reimburse any postage charges in this instance.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you happen to receive goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, these may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.

When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited, we will confirm this via email.

When returning goods we advise you to return products by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

The YCH returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
